just another sunday

just a very quiet sunday around here...alan did not get my sign "woodstone manor" for in front of the house done..but that is ok..next weekend will be fine...coupons are cut out of the sunday paper and ready to be filed..there were a couple good ones but not the greatest...tonight for dinner it will be salad, bbq chicken , baked potato, finish up the leftover broccoli and carrots...i have kinda been evil today i really do not know why but sometimes i feel like all i do is take care of people...with little or no thanks...i seem to be plannng menu's all of the time...my husband is a borderline diabetic...so diet is very important...or i should say change of life style...thanks to my daughter michelle who brought us to this point a couple of years ago and she has lost over 80lbs. in that time...she did it with exercise and a change of life style..i will not say how much weight i have lost because of the shock it would bring to the people i know that have not seen me in a long time...it really is not about the weight...it is about being healthy...it smells so good in the house today aunt mimi has baking to do to fill some orders...i love to hear her busy in the kitchen ..because that is what makes her so very happy and when she is happy i am happy :) i need to go put the laundry away and run through and straighten up the house...will try and get back on later tonight ...enjoy the rest of your sunday afternoon...
